Bug#791348: qtcreator: ClangCodeModel plugin missing

Dear Maintainer,

To add the clang code model, you just have to add
"LLVM_INSTALL_DIR=/usr " after "USE_SYSTEM_BOTAN=1 " in debian/rules,
and probably libclang-dev to the Build-Depends in debian/control.
