What I wanted to add is that this bug influences a lot of languages, such as Thai (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/khelpcenter/+bug/1430593) and Japanese (i.e. kde-l10n-ja), and hence is not limited to German (i.e. kde-l10n-de).
