OK! I'm putting Sebastian Trüg on the CC list, as he is the main mind behind Nepomuk and works for OpenLink (the upstream provider of Virtuoso). Sebastian, could you please have a look at https://bugs.debian.org/689230 and comment (by replying to this email)? I suppose that retaining virtuoso-opensource-6.1 maintained by the KDE team, and try to find someone else to package virtuoso-opensource-7.1 is an option.
