Neither of these are reject issues. There is a reference in debian/copyright to src/quickcontrols/doc/snippets/*, but it doesn't appear to exists. There is a src/controls/doc/, but it has no snippets directory. Please check and see where that came from and adjust.
qtdeclarative5-quicklayouts-plugin does not depend on libqt5qml-quickcontrols. This may be entirely correct, but seemed surprising to me.
