konqueror recommends no packages.

Dear maintainers,
again konqueror shows the wrong language of the visited websides. This bug
was some time ago in an older version and was fixed meamnwhile. Now this bug
appears again. In my case the language of the site: http://www.debian.org
should be displayed in German, but it is displayed in English.
Maybe it is the same reason as some months ago ?
