When I reuse it, the system was usuable, I launch the system-monitor, I see that one of the 2 nepomukservices is consuming more than 950 Mo of the 2Go memory. So with swapping it was usable.
I have stop the service indexing. I did not see any other option to control these services: limit the memory may be a good option.
