Hi, turns out this is rather an package-dependency issue I guess. Apparently the designer-plugin for qwebview is built by the qt source package, but that one probably does so only if qwebkit is built alongside Qt or if webkit is installed already. Both is not the case, unless one builds Qt twice (or the plugin after webkit package)...
Feel free to move this over to the qt4-x11 package if thats more apropriate.
