Justification: renders package unusable
After an
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
today KDE will not start anymore because this package is not installable
due to the libxklavier15 dependancy.
Due to this the apt-get dist-upgrade should not have happened so in
reality there is very likely a *dependancy on kdebase-workspace-bin*
missing somehwere else.
