Well I reported this bug nearly five years ago and nothing has been done, and kde4 is used as a pretext to close it. The motivation for the bug is still there. Anyway, since the binary are probably documented somewhere, it should be possible to generate manpages automatically that point to the documentation. At least that would be a start.
