message is surrounded by 4 empty messages, 2 before and two after:

The reverse Kopete v0.7.0 -> 0.9.0 works fine, as well as sending from
0.9.0 to Gabber.
This happens since I updated to KDE 3.3.
I am running Debian/Unstable with all updates installed.

The bug can not be found anymore and the submitter didn't reply in a long
time. So I am closing this bug. If you happen to find it in kopete 4.2.2-1 or
higher, please feel free to re open it.
