Dear Sirs,
When you are using konqueror, it s nice & full of possibilities, you can
copy files, and then you might notice that it is slow and lacking of
reactivity. It becomes than painful for fully fast and very effectively
working. Windows is faster. ( I am using openbox without kde-desktop; ok ; I
know but anyhow could be faster)

No much we can do about this through the BTS. The problem you comments depends
of another factors too like your filesystem, how you have set your HD (hint:
for a IDE HD, hdparm), etc
