I will upload kdepim 3.5.9-3 soon with some bugfixes that hopefully will fix your problem, one of them at least seems related. I will close the bug then, so if you experience this problem again after update, re-open it. But, It seems you are using testing, so it would be interesting that you report if you still have the problem with current korganizer 3.5.9-2 in testing, and when korganizer 3.5.9-3 hits unstable, fetch it from there and test whether this problem was resolved.
