Konsole loses the ability to open folders by the app menu (right click → "Open File Manager", also some of the "Open Folder With..." items) if `mc` was ever started in its session. Steps to reproduce: 1. Start a fresh Konsole session. 2. Launch `mc` in it. (Even if you exit it immediately, the behavior will stay.) 3. Try to launch a file manager from the app menu (right click). You'll get the error message about "The file or folder //<host>/<path> does not exist". Probably, it's `mc` more to blame, as if seemingly breaks something in the session, but I couldn't find what exactly. The environment seems unchanged (I tried to save and compare `printenv` output before and after launching mc).
