Conflicts in file ownership must always be correctly declared with
breaks/replaces even when you can't reproduce them.
Because it depends on the order packages are unpacked and that it doesn't
happen to you doesn't mean it can't happen to someone else under different
conditions.
Anyway, should be fixed with your latest changes that I just uploaded.
