Bug#1093372: kdewebkit: Should be removed

QtWebkit is not maintained anymore, has aquired security issues, and is no longer watched by the 
security team. It should be removed and kdewebkit is an obvious abstraction that we can get rid of 
as a preparation. I am going to file blocking bugs on the reverse dependencies.
