I run qtconfig-qt4 (or just qtconfig with /etc/alternatives set up for this) and can do some changes, such as selecting the CDE look instead of motif. I then save and exit. Rerunning qtconfig shows the old motif again though, and my qt4 app also looks like motif. Seems the changes isn't saved at all.
