The space for EPS figures in the DVI file just remains blank. On the =
command line kdiv gives the following error
message for each figure it tries to display:
"kdvi (kdegraphics): ERROR: GS did not produce output."
Ghostscript v7.07.1, however, is installed. Xdvi manages to display the =
file including the figures with no
problem.

This is Ubuntu Hoary Hedgehog.

  i cannot reproduce the bug on package that are in the debian archive,
moreover, it was not meant to live on the BTS.
