I had this problem until a recent upgrade, which could have been the upgrade of kdebase to 4:3.3.1-3. I see that you still have 4:3.3.1-2 of kdebase-bin, while 4:3.3.1-3 is available. Could you try upgrading this package (and any other kdebase packages that are at 4:3.3.1-2) and see if that fixes things for you? Thanks, Josh
