(I hate this, but there you go. Assumes $BASH.)
$ comm -12 <(apt-cache rdepends kdelibs4 | tr -d ' ' | sort) \
<(grep-status -Fstatus 'install ok installed' -ns package | sort)
other people may have more interesting suggestions as to how to
upgrade only kde, I've never had to do it.
