reopen 266478 retitle 266478 new kdelibs should not enter testing alone thanks
Hi. The original reason for bug report may not be valid anymore. However, the release team isn't confident that the new kdelibs should enter testing without the rest of KDE 3.3 even if the dependencies of the KDE packages would allow this.
