It looks like arts 1.3 is on the verge of moving into sarge, whereas kde 3.3 will probably never make it. This is unfortunate since arts 1.3 is part of kde 3.3, and I expect the combination (arts 1.3 + kde 3.2) has not really been tested, either by debian or kde upstream. It thus seems prudent to keep arts out of sarge until we can verify whether this combination actually works and is stable.
