Bug#212199: konsole: Hitting Alt selects the menu bar

I keep hitting this annoyance regularly.  It's not a big deal, but I
think that an option in Konsole configuration to disable such behaviour
of Alt ("Alt selects menu" or something similar) wouldn't hurt.
