Well, if it is an upstream bug (i.e., not related to Debian
packaging) and you know it, we recommend you to report it at
bugs.kde.org directly since you're likely to receive (as you have seen
with this bug in particular) much quicker response. And after all, all
we can do is to forward to upstream authors.
