qt3 3:3.2.3-3 broke binary compatibility without bumping the shlibs
file (#255539) therefore kdelibs 4:3.2.3-2 *requires* qt3 3:3.2.3-3
but only depends on qt3 >>3:3.2.3. Afaict if kdelibs went into testing
and qt3 did not KDE would be completely broken.
