CVS commit by mornfall: Start the work on making extState handling optional in libcapture. For now this means it can be disabled at PkgCache construction time. Also started to implement methods to shield PkgCache user from effects of this schizophreny in the class (for now it means package state querying, will add others on as-needed basis).
