Package: kpackage Version: 4:3.1.5-1 Severity: normal Followup-For: Bug #195398
Kpackage doesn't work with kernel 2.6. Since I changed from 2.4 to 2.6, it keeps saying "Can't open a pseudo teletype", and it doesn't run at all. The strange thing is that I am able tu run it as root, but when running it as a normal user, it doesn't work. Maybe it has something to do with devfs, as I wasn't using it with kernel 2.4. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable Architecture: i386 Kernel: Linux MoonRaker 2.6.1 #1 Fri Jan 30 16:55:02 CET 2004 i686 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C Versions of packages kpackage depends on: ii kdelibs4 4:3.1.5-1 KDE core libraries ii libart-2.0-2 2.3.16-1 Library of functions for 2D graphi ii libaudio2 1.6b-1 The Network Audio System (NAS).
