(BTS is lagging, sorry if this has already been discussed) This is most probably a rehash of #209378 (qt aliasing doesn't work?). If the same thing happens with a QT-only app like qt3-designer, this should be reassigned to libqt3c102-mt. Can you dpkg-reconfigure fontconfig and enable bitmapped fonts? If that doesnt help, please provide output of fc-list -v and some description of your font setup.
