Hi, I do this currently by using the following line in my apm suspend script:
dcop --all-users kdesktop KScreensaverIface lock Something similar could probably done in acpi. If this feature should be added by default, as I think _not_ wanting suspend to lock screen is a special case, these scripts should be provided by kdesktop package.
