Hi, Sorry for the slow response - I've been away from the computer for a little while. In the KDE Control Centre, I can set the user's face (in Security and Privacy --> Password and User Account), but first you have to tell KDM to allow users to set their own faces (by default only administrators can do this). You can allow this by going to the KDE Control Centre, under System Administration --> Login Manager. Switch to Administrator Mode, then go to Users tab. There, in the "User Image Source" tab, select "User" (or "User, admin", I suppose). Then KDM should allow the user to set their own face. Cheers, Christopher Martin
