"industrial" mouse theme causes Kuickshow icons to disappear

There may be a bug in the "Industrial" icon set in the 
"gtk2-engines-industrial
package.

Control Center -> Appearence & Themes -> Icons
Click on Industrial, then Apply. Restart X. Start Kuickshow. Most icons are
missing.
Control Center -> Appearence & Themes -> Icons. click on any name. Apply.
Task bar icons disappear.
I am using Debian sid with gtk2-engines-industrial version 0.2.36.5
installed.
