Note that kdelibs-bin recommends perl-suid. Formerly, it was a dependency, but see Bug#289164 for the reasons it was changed. Also note that nowadays it's standard advice that users install all recommended packages unless they have a strong reason not to. aptitude and other apt front-ends will do this for you by default.
