Hi, please consider “Forwarded: not-yet” as “maintainer has acknowledged that it needs forwarding eventually, but has not yet done that” as valid. You can handle it the same as “no” (and put a red “not-yet” into /patches.cgi the Forwarded column).
It is semantically different from “no” (not forwarded, but no decision between not-yet or not-needed has yet been made). Thanks!
