X-Debbugs-CC: debian-qa@lists.debian.org

Hi!

I believe we can now remove golang-ed25519-dev from the archive, I
wrote earlier in

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1089692

explaining that upstream code is unmaintained, and the functionality
has been integrated (from this upstream, I believe) into the official
Go x/crypto/ed25519 module which is available in Debian, and should be
appropriate and preferred for all uses.

The final reverse build dependency 'dnscrypt-proxy' has been fixed to
not rely on this package (the code was fixed many years ago but the
'Build-Depends:' remained in error).

I'm part of the Privacy Tools Maintainers team, which maintain the
package, but I didn't know if team-membership is sufficient to claim a
"ROM" tag or not, so I didn't do that, and added a CC to debian-qa for
additional feedback if anyone has opinions?

/Simon
