Indeed he is, but he is "only" listed as Uploaders and his email address isn't part of the ones marked as unreachable. That being said, thank you for pointing this out because I made a pretty big oversight. Indeed, as pointed out by Mattia, packages belonging to DD or DM have to be excluded from this list. Those do have to go through the MIA team.
