For anyone looking to fix this, the right place to look at is distro_tracker/stdver_warnings/tracker_tasks.py One way to fix this would be to look package.main_entry and see if the associated repository is the default repository and generate the action item only in this case. Ideally a corresponding unit test would be added in distro_tracker/stdver_warnings/tests.py.
