Yes, it is definitely an upstream bug 1432484. Setting "NSS_SDB_USE_CACHE=yes" helps. Thank you very much, Mike. I'm still surprised how profound performance regression is on "cert9.db", given how many SQLite files are in Firefox profile directory...
