It was nice if that page could contain a link to the raw view which is https://sources.debian.net/data/main/v/vblade/23-1/debian/patches/manpage-escape-dash.patch At the moment, you'd have to pick the version number from the breadcrumb to get the full patch, then identify the applicable one and click "download".
