Often source package names are written as src:pkg.
I'd find useful/easier to be able to copy-paste that string directly in
the browser bar, a là "tr<tab>src:foo" (my chromium expands tr to

tracker.d.o/pkg/foo.

Thanks, merged. But I refactored get_web_package() in a later commit to
make it much shorter, avoid the ugly if tests spanning 3 lines, you
might want to have a look at it.
I also modified the style of the unit tests to follow the same conventions
as other tests (and one test was badly named, starting with "fail").
