On top of http://bugs.debian.org/tracker.debian.org which Paul already pointed out, there's also a TODO file in the git repository itself. I'm not sure if all items in the TODO are still relevant though. If you have doubts about anything, just ask me. I would love to switch to Python 3 only, so if we could handle the remaining issues to switch to Python 3 it would be great.
