no and yes.

No, AFAIK noone has so far done a rebuild of the complete archive
on !amd64 and reported all bugs.

These are constant rebuilds of the whole archive on 4 architectures.

I did check some of the failures some time ago, but didn't yet get
to look into what it takes to get useful reports out of that - when
you look through FTBFS issues there, you end up seeing a lot of things
like "binary-all FTBFS on armhf" that are not relevant for stretch.
