I guess the audience for this page is the ppc64el porters and the audience for the proposed CGI script is the porters for each architecture. If that is the case, I suggest you add it to buildd.d.o (or enhance the existing buildd.d.o service) instead of udd.d.o because porters are more likely to look at buildd.d.o rather than udd.d.o.
