Boyuan (in CC) ever uploaded old 2.5.0+ds-1 version to mentors, but it should be already deleted, and there is no package for him to show in his mentors package list: - https://mentors.debian.net/packages/shadowsocks-libev So we guess it's a bug either in UDD or mentors.
