Hello. The text of Spanish pages like, https://www.debian.org/devel/debian-desktop/index.es.html , are written in ISO8859-1, but the html header declares it is utf-8 text. The result is that instead of Spanish characters, a question mark is displayed. What I do if to force browser to ignore header charset and use ISO8859-1
Could someone fix this?. Change the charset of the header, or transliterate the texts to proper utf-8 -- Saludos Santiago A.
