FWIW, I'm perfectly aware of this but I want the tracker to be useful for derivatives too and as such there is some duplication in the context of Debian. Maybe if dak was more derivative friendly, it could be avoided but right now a large majority of the derivatives use reprepro and that feature in tracker.debian.org is thus useful. I'm not opposed to disabling the plugin which extracts those files on tracker.debian.org and to replacing it with a Debian-specific plugin but I don't plan on working on this myself.
