Problem:
Even a VERY experienced user cannot decide which package is responsible
for an error. For example in XFCE and MATE (in Jessie) Video-DVDs are
not recognized by the system - no icon on the desktop, no indicator
message about a new dvd, no autoplay which is configured correctly (same
with xubuntu 15.04). Is this bug already filed? There is no obvious way
for me to find out.
