field must accept mail from those role accounts in Debian used to send automated
mails regarding the package. This includes non-spam mail from the bug-tracking
system, all mail from the Debian archive maintenance software, and other role
accounts or automated processes that are commonly agreed on by the project"
The maintainer email you provide, <ubuntu-devel-disc...@lists.ubuntu.com> is
moderated, and emails from Debian tools aren't approved, so we can't be sure
somebody sees and reads them.
Please provide another email address (i.e., if the package is really related to
ubuntu, you could join the ubuntu-dev alioth team and use their team email).
