Hey, I was going through Advice for GSoC Students<http://code.google.com/p/google-summer-of-code/wiki/AdviceforStudents#Writing_Your_Application>and get to know that it's a good idea to get feedback from the community before submitting final application.
I have made a rough proposal for the project <https://wiki.debian.org/SummerOfCode2013/Projects#PTS_rewrite_in_Django>and wish to share the proposal here to get some feedbacks.
