The package tox is shown in section "Sponsored/other uploads".  The packages
lastfm and liblastfm are shown in section "Given DM permissions".

It's an error depending on how one looks at it.  The DDPO is currently designed
to show every package on the DDPO only once, in the first section it fits
in.  See line 675 in developer.wml :

I understand that for section "Given DM permissions" this design can be
confusing.  I'm now considering to modify the DDPO to show packages again in
section "Given DM permissions".
