The "traditional" way for that kind of things in the PTS was to have both. More precisely: - have links on the right if they have something to say about the package (i.e. have the clang link iff the clang toolchain has operated on the package) - have warnings/todos in the central column if there are issues to be fixed, based on the output of the external service So AFAICT you can have both. And the warning/todo will be there only if, according to the clang toolchain, you have something to do on the package.
