Severity: normal
When querying DDPO for a list of packages by maintainer, DDPO shows an
entirely different page, depending on whether or not my email is capitalized.
For example:
http://qa.debian.org/[email protected]
http://qa.debian.org/[email protected]
Ideally, both links should lead to the same page (with all my packages and
open ITP bug reports on the same page, of course).

This bug was closed by Bart Martens (bartm) in SVN revision 2799.
Note that it might take some time until the qa.debian.org code has
been updated and cronjobs have picked up changed data.
Commit message:
Make the e-mail addresses in keys in the carnivore db file lowercase, and make
ddpo access the carnivore db file with e-mail addresses converted to lowercase.
Combined with previous changes this closes: #671457.
